I used locally grown corn, wheat, and rye to capture the terrior of Kentucky and a copper pot still to give a powerful aroma with lots of bourbon flavor. I barreled the product at 110 proof for better wood and flavor extraction. And now I am ready to share that “difference” with my friends.
